Modular DC/DC converter consisting of a set of up to 8 modules of 280W installed in 19" subrack internally connected in redundant mode. This allows to provide 2240W without redundancy, 1960W with N+1 redundancy, 1680W with redundancy N+2 etc. The equipment has got 2 input lines that feed to 2 groups of up to 4 modules. This allow to have a system with line redundancy up to 1120W. Each converter has got a relay that signalizes the output failure. All relays are conected in series so that in two Terminals is detected the failure of any module.
